As a part of the Government of Canada’s Global Hypergrowth Project\, Clarius was recently recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Julian spearheaded IP strategy at Clarius: achieving 50+ issued patents\, navigating licensing issues\, and growing the business from pre-revenue to over $30M revenue annually. \n​Byron Thom \n​Byron is a lifelong technology enthusiast who has worn many hats in his tech career. Trained as an engineer and a lawyer\, he practiced at one of the leading IP boutiques in Canada helping startups and multinationals protect their technological assets. He is a start-up founder and patented inventor who drafted and prosecuted his company’s own patent applications.
