Stream 1: IP Online Courses & Resources

IP Pathways is an IP education program designed to equip startups and scaleups with the fundamentals of intellectual property, IP strategy and business growth.

This course is available online, free-of-charge to applicants located in British Columbia that are a part of a small to medium-sized organization.

Key Topics include: 

• IP strategy and how it relates to your business
• Assess the importance of a data strategy
• Identify how different forms of IP intersect and can be layered or combined for strategic advantage
• Understand IP enforcement strategies including alternatives to litigation

Successful completion of this program fulfills the educational requirement for Stream 2-2 and Stream 3.
